David - The gaffer. Drinking cask ale since before he should have, seeking out guest ales when they first started to hit the pumps. Loves a blonde, loves a dark, not keen on a red. Enjoys a Belgium beauty. Thousands of beers ticked off.
 
Anne-Marie - Loves beer. Very much into dark and tasty stouts - Imperials are her favourites. Enjoys cider and Belgium kriek beer. Also loves gin!
 
Sarah - The lady behind our handmade gifts. You might even see her sometimes behind the till when we are busy at events. She loves Weisse beer, pilsner and red wine.

Ellen - You will find her working hard at events. Loves a glass of wine, fruit cider, Belgian Blue or a pale ale
